The Newlands subdivision, one of Boulder’s most desirable
neighborhoods, was first plotted in 1891. Much of the subdivision
was populated in the 1920s, though many of the lots remained
undeveloped until the 1940s. This established neighborhood at the
base of Mt. Sanitas, features many homes that have undergone
extensive renovations, but retain the charm of the era in which
they were built. Newlands is centrally located, just north of historic
downtown Boulder and in close proximity to North Boulder Park,
foothills trails, shopping and fine dining. To view

merchant discount offers for 2008, but GoBoulder has a
city-wide merchant discount program so don't forget to
ask for your discount beyond our local shops; we are going
to continue the neighborhood decal pick up again this year,
giving you an option to avoid the mail delay! All this
and more on the attached 2008 EcoPass flyer.
There are over 70 blocks in our EcoPass program andwe had 50
blocks qualify, way to go Newlands! Don't forget to check online
at newlandsneighbors.com for EcoPass updates, frequently asked
questions, and to download the sign-up form.

holiday mingling (or you can be assigned to a group of
neighbors). Then at a preset time, the wagon will come
by to pick your party up for 45 minutes of magical singing
